Diet for irregular periods

I have irregular periods. But I don want to take medicine. What is the diet that i should follow?

Irregular periods for a prolonged time, has to be consulted with doctor. On the other part, a special food care or diet can be followed in order to make it a regular period in a natural way.
The essential food to consume are banana, apricots, eggs, beetroot, nuts, chicken, whole grains, fish and a plenty of Green vegetables and fruits.
On having this in diet, the periods will definitely turn regular.
