How to use:

• Remove the sanitary pad from the individual wrapper
• Remove the strips (two) from side wings and unfold the sanitary pad
• Sit/stand in a comfortable position and pull your underwear down to above your knees
• Press the sanitary pad, adhesive side down onto the area of your underwear (parallel to vaginal area)
• The pad should be placed on underwear in a way that it covers the entire opening of your vagina
