It is easy to use cup diva.
The step-wise usage of this cup can be found below
Fold and Hold
Fold choice (a) “U Fold“: Press the edges of the cup together and then fold it in half again to construct in the form of tight “U” shape.
Fold choice (b) “Push Down“: Place a finger on the top brink of the cup and press it down into the center of the inside base to form a triangle shape. This makes the top brink much tinier to insert.
Hold the folded borders firmly in place between your thumb and forefinger so that the curved edge is facing away from your palm.
How to insert?
Inserting the cup
With a convenient position and make sure the vaginal muscle is relaxed, now softly separate the edges with your clean fist and then thrust (push) the curved edge of the folded DivaCup across into the vaginal breach so that the tip of the trunk is no further than a 1/2 inch (1.27 cm) into the vulva. Injecting the menstrual-Cup too extravagant in the vaginal way may lead exposure, and occasionally makes the ejection more ambitious.
Seal and Spin
Grasp the base of the cup and turn the cup one complete rotation in either direction or implant the cup diva in tween, turn the cup one entire rotation and then push it on the rest of the way. This cup must spin comfortably as this safeguards that it is completely open and it is stuck horizontally towards rear muscle.
Removing the cup
For removing, drag gently on the stem of the Soft Cup until you can reach the base. Tightly pressing the base of the cup to commute the seal and persist to pull down for removing. Once the cup has been removed from the vagina, dispose the stuff in the wash area, clean the diva-cup well with warm water or a mild unscented, water-based (oil-free) soap, and it is reusable again for next menstrual cycle period.
Diva cup Model 1 vs 2:
This cup is available in two different models, Model 1 and Model 2.
Recommended for women under 30 years old who have never delivered vaginally or by caesarean section. Women have query on what model to use if they had delivered through c-section. It is suggested to use Model 1 before delivery.
Recommended for women over 30 years old and/or for women who have delivered vaginally or by caesarean. Any woman post delivery or have crossed the age of 30 should use Model 2.

The average size of the diva cup is listed below.
Length of Diva cup is 2.25 inches - 5.7 cms.
Diameter of the Diva cup is 1.81 inches - 4.6 cms.
The Model 2 is slightly more wider with a diameter of 4.9 cms.
The increased width is mainly due to the natural increase in hips size with aging in women + lesser blood flow and stiffness in the vagina.

When to empty and clean?
It must be reinserted at least 2 times in a day and can be used at bed-time without concern of leakage. Utmost women need only to empty it in the fresh day and again during sunset.

As we mentioned, the manufacturers produce the cup in two different models, Where model1 comes with 20ml of liquid holding capacity, Diameter with 43mm, Cup Length is 53mm, Stem Length is 17mm, Total Length : 70mm. For model2, it holds 25ml of holding capacity, Diameter with 46mm, Cup Length is 57mm, Stem Length is 13mm, Total Length: 70mm.
